The series to the amazing and most wanted PRINCE OF PERSIA is back this year with a sure shot hit using the platform of an ACTION ADVENTURE game developed by UBISOFT MONTREAL, published by UBISOFT, designed by Jean-Christophe Guyot and composed by Inon Zur and Stuart Chatwood. The game uses the SCIMITAR ENGINE YET TO BE RELEASED on the platforms of MICROSOFT WINDOWS in North America on the 9th of December, 2008 and in Europe on the 11th of December, 2008; PLAYSTATION 3 and XBOX 360 in North America on the 2nd of December, 2008, in Europe on the 4th of December, 2008 and finally in United Kingdom on the 5th of December, 2008.

THE SECRET FEATURES
Prince of Persia restrains itself to a very NON-LINEAR gameplay and thus the players can explore any area of their choice in the game.
The game features a new character named Elika who is seen saving the life of the prince when he is fighting against the enemies. Thus the game features the Prince who gets the facility to live forever as Elika saves him from any kind of threat getting the player back to the last point where the game had been left.
Elika, though is a non playable character but being computer controlled is able to take up many moves that are required for saving the Prince.
If the player is confused about the path that has to be taken to continue the game further then Elika along with her magic compass, helps the player to find his way.
The fights in the game are basically composed of SINGLE man fighting against the player rather than groups of people attacking the player at a time. The weapons of the player consist of a sword as the main weapon and the gauntlet as the secondary one.
The combat includes four buttons named:
“Sword button” to make use of the sword
Gauntlet button” to throw the enemies by lifting them
“Elika button” so that Elika can come up to hit the enemies if needed help
Acrobatics button” to dodge the enemies and find Elika
The HEALTH of the Prince has the bar divided into three:
“healthy”,
“weakened” and
“grounded.”
The player in the game can do the activities of running on the walls, sliding the walls, climbing up the walls and jumping from one wall to the other.
